I grew up surrounded by the sea and vineyards. After graduating from the École Culinaire Française in Chile in 2005, I dedicated my career to gastronomy and event production in Latin America. My focus has been creating unforgettable moments where food and hospitality come together.

I learned day by day, traveling through Europe and Latin America, always inspired by cultures, people, and traditions.

I don't know where to start, Chef Chris was truly amazing! She made sure our cycling trip was a trip we would never forget, taking care of all the meal prep (including sandwiches for a long day on the bike), the grocery shopping (even ad hoc requests), the prep and the clean up! Every meal was truly sensational and helped keep 6 cyclist full and energized for 35 hrs on the bike over the course of our trip! We will certainly be back for another adventure in Dia and will be planning our trip around Chris' availability! Thanks again for all the amazing food and memories, Chris!

Where to start when trying to review Chris is nearly impossible. She is a fantastic Chef, with great menu’s and food combinations. Her range in cuisine is fantastic, she is professional, educated and fun. But for us, she made our holiday, we splashed out and booked Chris for 12 nights as we were holidaying with 2 small children 4 months and 3 years and I am so pleased we did. Our little boy LOVED every time Chris arrived to a big warm smile and by then end of the holiday a Hug! He helped her cook and was never an imposition on her, he tried all her food and when it was to adventurous for his palette, supported me in cooking him something simple from the fridge. this gave us 20 minutes to enjoy each other’s company on an evening and took all the pressure of me to cook and clean after a busy day. We are big food people and were never disappointed, often asking for recipes or her inspiration for her dishes. I would book Chris again is/when we return to Mallorca!
